BIO:

Nathan joined Simpson Law Firm on May 1, 2021. Prior to joining Simpson Law Firm, Nathan worked for a large regional law firm in Memphis, Tennessee where he assisted his clients with various business transaction matters, including business formation and structuring, regulatory compliance, private offerings, applications for tax-exempt status, as well as mergers and acquisitions. While in law school, Nathan interned for United States Bankruptcy Judge Katharine M. Samson as well as United States District Judge Michael P. Mills.
